System and structure of the modular rail system
With the lockable equipment sled, you can flexibly change the exercise position along the rail as required. By using several sleds on one rail, you can even move different training devices to different positions.

Two rail systems available - this is how it works:
- Combine at least one set module from the available rail series "Vidar" or "Bo" (50 or 100 cm) with one sled per training device. The systems are not compatible with each other.
- Longer systems can be made up of any number of rail modules that can be seamlessly connected and used over the entire length.
- The “Bo” rail system also allows you to create curved rail modules with a radius of 45° and 90° around curves.
The modular system is ideal for easy-to-plan rooms in home training and also in commercial areas. It can be adapted precisely to your requirements together with the optionally available accessories.

Our most flexible and efficient rail system. Manufactured individually after free preliminary consultation. The solution for sophisticated room planning and challenging ceiling situations caused by hanging elements, brick construction, high rooms and other building challenges. Maximum load-bearing and designed for constant use.
Detailed construction of the modular prefabricated sets for movable training equipment
The construction consists of aluminum rails that are pre-assembled on a flat steel substructure. Each rail module has 4 steel wings at the beginning and end with screw holes for ceiling attachment.
These rail elements can be seamlessly connected at intervals of 100cm or 50cm. It works the same way with curved rails. The equipment carriages run on the rail and can be locked every 10cm for "Standard" or every 3cm for "Home Pro". Stoppers and end pieces round off the system.

The massive rail
...made of aluminum is fixed to a steel base every 10 cm to prevent twisting. There are four mounting holes (Ø 10mm) on the side of the steel bottom rail for fastening to the ceiling.

The sleigh
...can be flexibly fixed to holding points along the rail every 10 cm using spring bolts. The tried and tested plastic gliders allow for smooth positioning and are designed for continuous loads.

The Stopper
... acts as a permanent end stop to prevent the carriage from accidentally coming loose from the rail. This can also be used as a separator for several devices on a long rail.

The rail
... made of aluminum is fixed to a steel base every 10 cm to prevent twisting. There are four mounting holes (Ø 10mm) on the side of the steel bottom rail for fastening to the ceiling. In between there are openings every 3 cm for locking the slide.

The transport carriage
... can be flexibly fixed to holding points along the rail every 3 cm using spring bolts. The tried and tested ball bearing rollers allow even heavier loads to be rolled easily and quickly to the place of use and are designed for continuous loads.

The Stopper
... acts as a permanent end stop to prevent the carriage from accidentally coming loose from the rail. This can also be used as a separator for several devices on a long rail.
