System and structure of the rail system for training equipment
In order to be able to use a rail system even with suspended, particularly high or poorly supporting ceilings, a special substructure is required that can be securely mounted to the original ceiling.
Simply explained: We produce U-sections made of steel. The vertical ends are attached to the ceiling. The height is adjusted to the conditions - the suspended ceiling. The rail is attached to the horizontal.
The length of the rail is variable because the U-parts can be inserted into each other.
If the hanging elements or the suspended floor are placed exactly on the rails, the end result looks as if the rails are attached directly to the hanging elements - an attractive and functional addition to any training room.
Two variants of ceiling rails for suspended ceilings: Standard and Professional
1. Standard rails for suspended ceilings
This rail is ideal for use in training rooms where lighter training equipment needs to be moved quickly and easily. The carriage to which a piece of equipment is attached runs smoothly on a groove and can be easily pulled or pushed with equipment weighing up to 30KG.
Regardless of the mobility, much higher point loads can act on the training ground.

The sleigh
... can be flexibly fixed at holding points along the rail every 10 cm using spring bolts. The tried and tested plastic gliders allow for smooth positioning and are designed for continuous loads.
The Stopper
... acts as a permanent end stop to prevent the carriage from accidentally coming loose from the rail. This can also be used as a separator for several devices on a long rail.

With this combination of square hanging construction and pre-assembled professional rail, almost all training rooms in which training equipment needs to be moved quickly and easily can be mastered. The sled to which a device is attached runs practically by itself on 4 ball-bearing stainless steel rollers. Even with equipment loads of well over 30KG, the sleds move on the rollers with a slight push.
Regardless of the mobility, much higher point loads can act on the training ground.

Balance and walking exercises are now made easy by the possibility of rolling training equipment along the rail with the patient. The sleigh
The versatile and robustly built sled for training equipment. With ball-bearing rollers for seamless movement and a simple locking mechanism. Ideal for dynamic training and efficient use of space. It also moves larger weights, such as punching bags over 50 kg, with no problem and also allows therapists to start taking patient anamnesis while moving.
The Stopper
... secures professional slides from rolling out of the end of the professional rail. The stopper can also be used as a divider for several devices on a long rail, or to define fixed holding points on the rail.
