When you purchase the REHAPE sliding ceiling mount in the basic set, you will receive:

The sliding carriage can be fixed every 10 cm and allows equipment to be hung on it for flexible movement after training. The modular extension system enables several modules to be seamlessly connected in 50 or 100 cm increments for the desired length.
