Advantages and functionality of the equipment sled - easy cleaning of e.g. sling trainers

Sling trainers, punching bags, ropes, Pilates towels, swings or other equipment attached to the "Vidar" sled can be easily pulled along the appropriate "Vidar" rail to the training location and quickly put away again.

The carriage consists of a metal body with a metal shackle attached to it and which can be moved sideways. It is designed for permanent loads and can be locked to the standard rail every 5 cm. It is fixed or released using a spring mechanism located next to the shackle, which can be engaged with a hook, for example, or to which a cord can be attached in order to pull the fixing pin out of the hole in the rail.

To operate the spring mechanism for releasing and securing the slide from below, it is best to use the optionally available operating rod. This can be hooked into the metal loop of the locking button and with a light pull the slide unlocks so that it can move freely again. Alternatively, if the ceiling is not too high, a cord can be attached which can be easily pulled from below to release the slide.

The equipment sled for training equipment is a robust tool for carrying out sling training or exercises with other hanging sports equipment with several people in classrooms, for example. With minimal effort, other things can be done in the room immediately after the course and the suspension trainers hang neatly one behind the other at the end of the rail system without getting in the way.
