What does the Togu Jumper do?
You can either incorporate the jumper into your sling training to provide greater training stimuli, or train functionally with the jumper alone. You can jump on it, stand upright, sit, lie down or support yourself with it and it adheres well to all surfaces.

How do you use the Togu Jumper?
The jumper can be used standing, sitting or lying down. The air filling creates an unstable and dynamic surface. You can jump on the jumper, balance while standing, do squats and use all of this for more demanding sling training. Sling training of the abdominal muscles can be done while sitting and back muscles can be trained more intensively while lying down. The jumper can also be used for standalone training. Jumping on from the side or "standing on top" of it is no problem as the jumper is very robust and non-slip.
