Sanctband tape material is special:

You know it from other exercise bands: a fine white powder trickles down. This powder reduces the stickiness of the latex used in production and prevents the training band from sticking. Sanctband has largely eliminated this problem.

The protein and powder content is significantly reduced through special manufacturing processes:
