When you purchase the REHAPE door anchor you will receive a Sling Trainer door attachment:

1 door anchor suitable for attaching a sling trainer to a door.
consisting of a very stable hard plastic roller,
and an attached nylon loop which is hand-sewn into a loop and can withstand high tensile forces.

The black band of the door anchor is placed over an open door and the door is then closed. The sling trainer or a suitable training device can now be attached to the loop of the band and you can start your exercises. Whether in a hotel, office or at home - the door anchor can quickly expand your training options. The pictures show how a sling trainer attached to a door anchor is attached to a gym door.

• Ensure that the surface is level and shock-absorbing.
• The environment must be free of sharp-edged or pointed objects, obstacles, slopes, steps, hard surfaces (e.g. concrete), etc.
