Because the line is a little longer than usual, this set is also suitable for laying the slackline around two opposing trees at a distance of about 6m, so that two parallel lines are created with a distance between them. This allows for a much greater variety of exercises and is ideal for beginners who still find it difficult to do one line.

What are the benefits of training on a slackline?

A slack line is stretched between two attachment points and then balanced, jumped, sat, lay, etc. on it.

Running on the line trains concentration, balance and coordination and promotes the connection between mind and body. These demands represent a counterbalance to the physical stress of everyday life. Through a lot of sitting, physical inactivity and forced postures, as required in many jobs today, one's own body perception deteriorates, tension creeps in and ultimately painful complaints of the musculoskeletal system manifest themselves, such as back and knee problems. You then move even less in order to "rest" yourself and this leads to a physical downward spiral - visits to the doctor become more frequent.
