About Flossing
The stretchy band can be wrapped tightly around the desired joint or muscle of the extremity by therapists trained in flossing. It is usually connected with active or passive movements of the wrapped areas. After a relatively short time, it is released again - the fluid or blood congestion is relieved.
Flossing should only be performed by specially trained therapists!
