Function and Description
CARABINER : The carabiner makes it easier to attach and remove your sports equipment. It absorbs stress on the material caused by friction from ropes or suspension points and, in conjunction with the strap loop, it is the ideal intermediate piece in the suspension.
STRAP LOOP : The strap loop allows flexibility in the height of the suspension. This makes it easy to adjust.
DOOR ANCHOR : You don't want to miss out on your sling training when you're travelling or want to do a quick relaxation workout in the office? The door anchor is the perfect hanging option for when you're on the go:
Simply place the black strap over a door and close it - now attach the sling trainer to the loop of the strap, keep the door closed and get started - the white body keeps the sling trainer securely anchored in the door.
In the series of pictures you can see the fixation of a door anchor connected to a sling trainer on the door of a sports hall.
U-ANCHOR : The ceiling/wall mount is made of high-quality stainless steel and comes with 4 branded screws and dowels.
ATTENTION: the fastening material must be adapted to the on-site conditions!
