• The REHAPE® Sling Trainer must be attached to concrete or wooden ceilings using a strong hook (swing hook).
• Only use suspension hooks that cannot come loose on their own.
• No one is allowed to walk into the swing area while it is in use.
• Never stand or kneel in the sling trainer.
• Always hold on with both hands.
• Never hold the spacer.
• There must be no objects in the swing area.
• Ensure a safety distance of at least 2m (front and back) beyond the maximum deflection of the Sling Trainer.
• Ensure that the surface is level and shock-absorbing.
• The environment must be free of sharp-edged or pointed objects, obstacles, slopes, steps, hard surfaces (e.g. concrete), etc.
