Possible uses of the spacer for the REHAPE ^® Sling Trainer

The spacer keeps the ropes of the sling trainer 42 cm apart. This is helpful in some exercises so that the ropes are guided past the shoulders. It also leads to greater instability, making it more difficult to balance in terms of coordination. The training stimulus increases.

• Never hold the spacer.

• Ensure that the surface is level and shock-absorbing.
• The environment must be free of sharp-edged or pointed objects, obstacles, slopes, steps, hard surfaces (e.g. concrete), etc.
